I miss: Dead Disco
Dead Disco eh? I’m sure you all remember. They where great at making the kinda electro synth sounds that always made me wanna burst into frenzy of karate style dance moves! They split in December 2008 to pursue separate projects, Little Boots and Video Villain, but they’re still always welcome on any of my playlists.
Hand delivered by the Fairy Queen#4
Who’s that knocking at my door? The postman? The police? Nope, it’s the Fairy Queen with yet more goodies! YAY!

Hello MP3: Florence And The Machine – Dog Days Are Over (An Optimo (Espacio) Industrial House Mix)
Little Boots – New in Town (Remixes)
Aaaargh! I just can’t stop myself from writing a post about Little Boots! Here’s two fabulous remixes of what could be her new single? She’s just so bloody good! Sorry guys. The internet police have removed my links, but you can find them here: DiscoDust

Hello MP3: Little Boots – New In Town (Drop The Lime Dub) =(
Hello MP3: Little Boots – New In Town (Fred Falke Remix) =(
V.V. Brown
I like to get excited about good stuff and V.V. Brown is really good stuff, so I’m very excited! The massive amount of hype surrounding her is rightly deserved as she delivers a lovely style of retro pop with an indie punk edge. Brown describes her sound as “musical mashed potatoes”. Check out the Little Boots version of ‘Leave’ it’s amazing!

Video Villain
Remember those three girls from Dead Disco? Whilst Little Boots has been working solo on becoming amazing, Marie France, Lucy Catherwood along with Camille Bertin have gone and started a new project called Video Villain. They are an Industrial, Punk, Electro band formed in UK in late 2008. I’m really liking their sound right now. Especially the Modernaire Remix of Low.
RAR!! x
